Data identified as mandatory is essential for providing the service requested by the user. Failure to answer a required field may prevent the sending of your request.
By filling in our form to request a quote or diagnosis, you authorise Alpes Technologies to collect and use the data collected. The data will then be subject to IT processing to enable us to respond to your request.

We store the data that you provide us for the time necessary to process your request and for a maximum duration covering the duration of the business relationship.

Your request will be processed within one month of receipt. If necessary, this period can be extended by two months, in view of the complexity and the number of requests. In this case, you will be informed of this extension and its reasons within one month of receipt of the request.

No payment will be required for the exercise of your rights except in the event of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests. In this case, Alpes Technologies also reserves the right not to respond to your request.

The personal data are processed with the help of manual and computer tools. The sole purpose of this processing is to achieve the objectives stated with a view to ensuring data confidentiality and security.
